Aims & Intentions
 
Jill Purce feels that if we can
all learn to use our voices again,
we can quite literally re-enchant
the world and create resonant
and sacred communities.  To
this end she gives workshops,
retreats and teaches voice
for psychological, emotional,
spiritual and physical healing,
for meditation, relaxation
and the reduction of stress,
to harness the healing and
transformative power of sound.
 
Jill specializes in Mongolian
overtone chanting and
many forms of sonorous yogas,
breathing and chanting techniques.
 
 
 
 
She maintains that we all have
our own note, that if you liberate
the voice you liberate the human
being, and that to maintain a
person in tune is to maintain
them in a state of health.
