Cancellation policy

A non refundable 50% deposit is required to book for workshops.
 
This deposit may be transferred as a deposit or deposits for other workshops only if the workshop space can be filled by another person and more than two weeks notice of cancellation is given.
 
Under these circumstances and if places are available on the requested workshop, the remaining 50% of the workshop fee for the new workshop must be made at the time of cancelling the original one in order to transfer the deposit.
 
If someone asks to transfer a second time or more, the above conditions also apply and a £25 administration fee will be required for the second and any further transfer.
 
The full payment is required before participating in a workshop and no refund is given after a workshop has begun.
